Farmer’s Footprint is a non-profit organization dedicated to chronicling the stories of regenerative agriculture and farmers.

In April 2023, Farmer’s Footprint approached me to illustrate a total of 15 scenes for an educational landing page experience exploring the meaning of regenerative agriculture.

I collaborated with their Associate Creative Director and Director of Creative Development on creating a minimalist illustration style and color palette. I began drawing against each scene, using copy as a guide.

We had three rounds of revisions, ensuring the scenes authentically depicted indigenous practices and perspectives of the featured farmers, as well as feedback we were honored to receive from a Kumeyaay elder.

Our goal was to create an illustrative journey that shares a clear, holistic view of regeneration and serves as a jumping off point for readers to participate in and evolve the conversation.
